Phase 3 focuses on maintaining ongoing fidelity to The Incredible Years program and ensuring its sustainability within your organization. This phase is key to ensuring the long-term success of your program, regardless of whether you are expanding to other programs.

  • Peer Coach and Mentor Development: Building internal capacity by developing accredited IY Peer Coaches and Mentors*
  • Fidelity Monitoring and Program Sustainability: Providing ongoing support and monitoring to maintain program fidelity and ensure continued success.
  • Ongoing Partnership: Ensuring long-term sustainability through continued collaboration, consultation, and strategic support.
