Coping with conduct-problem children: Parents gaining knowledge and control

Approximately two thirds of all children referred to mental health agencies are labeled conduct disordered or oppositional. Moreover, the prevalence of such disorders is increasing, creating a need for service that far exceeds available personnel and resources.
