It was wonderful to see so many of you at our 10th mentor meeting celebration. I appreciate all the building tips that you all contributed and wish I could have been in every one of the four rooms every day. I know others of you have shared similar feelings but I believe smaller break out discussions in one program area are more meaningful. My apologies to those of you I didn’t manage to talk with in any depth
- my biggest regret is not having time to talk with everyone about your work and personal lives. But don't forget I am only a Skype call away and am happy to hear from you.
- Carolyn

Sean McDonnell from Ireland presented their very promising research studies.

And Lesley Stanely from New Zealand described their incredible roll out of the teacher classroom management program there.

Jamila from Seattle concluded the presentations with our research regarding the enhanced fidelity of group leaders delivery of the program when provided with consultation and video reviews.
Special Thanks...
to all those "builders" who were well prepared with their DVDs and shared their building vulnerabilities as well as their strengths. Also thanks to the "gardeners" who did an outstanding job nurturing builders and keeping everyone growing in productive ways.

Gems Document for Coaches and Mentors

gems document that you can use with those group
leaders your mentor and coach in order to keep track of
your sessions. This document can be typed into and will

Some of you like Lisa think you are builders and others think you are gardeners. Perhaps we are a hybrid?
Nonetheless by working together no matter how we are defined I believe we can build and in some cases remodel a beautiful world of peace and cooperation which enriches us all.
We are so sorry to have missed those of you who could
not make it this year, and we hope you can come next
year. We will let you know as soon as we can the dates
and location for 2012!
Fondly, Carolyn
