Historical Evaluation MeasuresAbout these Assessment Forms & ToolsThese assessment tools were used for past studies. They consist of a combination of parent reports of parenting style and their children's behavior problems as well as teacher reports that were completed prior to starting programs and again upon completion of the programs. In addition, there are program evaluations that were completed at the end of the programs. These are offered here as reference for those interested in evaluation activities and a sample of Incredible Years program tools and forms. Customer Satisfaction Forms Note: These Customer Satisfaction forms should not be used by Group Leaders conducting current groups. Please see "Resources for Group Leaders" on the menu at left side of this page.
